ECO-FLEX RTPV grades are processed in standard thermoplastic processing equipment at increased productivity rates compared to thermosets. In addition, ECO-FLEX RTPV can be insert molded, two-shot molded or co-extruded with other olefinic materials, such as polypropylene or Santoprene1, obtaining a melt bond between the two materials for applications such as lawn mower wheels, automotive body plugs, tool grips and air deflectors.
ECO-FLEX RTPV is supplied in pellet form and should be handled with the same precautions used for materials such as polypropylene or Kraton2.
